IOA private event

I'm a bit consused right now. DH and me are going to be in Orlando over Columbus day weekend for a convention. The group we are going with have booked IOA for us on the Sunday from 7pm to 11pm. We are supposed to have the exclusivity of the park from 7pm, but on the schedule, I see that on 10/10/10, the park is scheduled to close at 8.

Has anyone ever been to that kind of private event? Will we really have the exclusivity of the park or will there be day guests until like 9pm?

Also, with that kind of tickets, will we able to get in the park earlier that 7pm or will they only let us in at 7pm?
