We will be staying in a 2 bedroom at the BCV. We have friends who might be in Fla the same time we are and we would like to have them stay with us for a few days. This will still keep us below the 8 person limit. Would it be a problem to put their names on the reservation too? And how does this work? In the past it has only been our immediate family, we never went with guests before.

No problem - unless you are planning on getting the Dining Plan. Just call MS and add their names to the reservation. That way, they can just stop at the front desk when they arrive and get their keys. You can tell the CM when you check in that the rest of your party will be checking in on ---------.

Another option is to wait until they arrive and then go with them to the Front Desk to get them the keys. You can add them to the ressie at that time. If they are not on the ressie, it will take a little longer to check them in and get keys as the CM will have to manually enter all their info.

Best wishes -

The only sticky part of this might be if you have the Dining Plan. It isn't clear, yet, how the Beach Club will handle the case where you add people to your reservation after you've checked in, with regard to the requirement that everyone in the villa be on the dining plan for the entire duration of your visit.

Thanks so much for the info. As of now we haven't signed up for the dining plan.

We had a guest come during our OKW stay and just called the front desk to have their name added. They put her on the front gate list. We picked up the parking pass before she arrived.
