I'm so excited! :yay: Today my DH was asked if when we are in DL if we'd like to have dinner at Club 33. Being a Disney fan we aren't going to pass that up. Is it going to be difficult for him to get us a reservation since we'll be going in 6 weeks (going Aug 30-Sept 3)?

Is there anything I should know? I've heard there is a minimum food charge. Is this correct? If so, what is it? How late can you make a reservation. Can I take photos? I'm guessing I should wear a dress and does my DH need to wear a sports coat? Is there anywhere that I can view a current menu?

Sorry for so many question! Thanks!!:flower3:

Congrats on your invite! Depending on what day you're looking at you shouldn't have too much of a problem being 6 weeks out. Friday night and Saturday night (I'm assuming you're doing dinner) are a bit tougher at this point but your dates should be pretty open - but I wouldn't wait too much longer to make the reservation.

There is a minimum service charge equal to the amount of a one-park, one-day ticket, currently $69 pp, which is never difficult to reach. There's been talk that the prices for park tickets will increase and if (when) they do the minimum will move up as well.

I believe they are currently taking dinner reservations up to 9:00 or 9:30 p.m. You'll be able to take as many photos as you'd like. If you are seated in the main dining room, make sure you take a gander at the Trophy Room at some point during the night (even on your way out). Your waiter will be glad to give you the history of the club and answer any questions you might have. Most of the wait staff have been there for years and love sharing stories.

Your husband does not need to wear a sportcoat. Many who go do dress up a bit but as long as he's in a collared shirt and dress pants (khakis are fine) he'll be good to go. You'll be fine in a cocktail dress, pant suit, etc.

You'll be going right around the time when they may be toying with the menu so I can't help you there but there is always a 5-course Vintner's Menu (with or without wine pairings) as well as their ala carte dishes. If you're a meat lover, the chateaubriand is my favorite and as they consider that their signature dish, it is always on the dinner menu.

Enjoy!!
