I know for the right amount of money Disney would send a character to your wedding and reception (at Disney World of course). Which character would you pick and why?

As for me, I'd pick a character that would bring a lot of fun with them, therefore it would have to be Captain Jack Sparrow. Hopefully he wouldn't make of with the bride.

Sorry, OP. But given the exhorbitant fees required to hire (lets not kid ourselves- you can't just invite a Character and expect them to show up) a character, I'd rather just invite my Uncle Doug. He'll pay his own way, show up right on time, and entertain the whole group for the rest of the day- all you have to do is provide him with liberal quantities of beverages. After he's had a few, he does GREAT Donald Duck impressions.

I know this is just a "wish and dream" exercise, but it's important to note that ONLY a character that fits with your wedding's "story" can be requested. That is, if you were having a "roaring '20s" - themed wedding, you could get Minnie in her roaring 20s costume, but you couldn't have Jack Sparrow or Cinderella or any other non-roaring 20s character.

In order to get Jack Sparrow, he would need to fit logically into your story.

True, it might be cheaper to hire Tony Anselmo (the current voice of Donald) than have Disney send over a character, but this is a fun thread and I have given everyone in this thread the gift of copious amounts of money to bring in whoever they like.

I could be talked into having the wedding inside POC.
