Did anyone include maps to their ceremony location in their invitations? I'd like to (although technically our familes are "local", his family isn't familiar with Disney property), but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I tried pulling a map from go.disney.com, but their maps are either of Epcot only, or too small to really read.

We're getting married at the YC Gazebo, so I was just going to tell the fam to head to Disney, follow the signs to Epcot/YC, and they'll be good to go. Any other ideas or examples of what you did?

I'm mailing my invitations on Monday. Invitations are done, except for this map part. I'm starting to freak myself out! Help! :confused3

Oh dear! Don't freak out. People can/will always use mapquest. We did put a map in our invites (aren't getting married at Disney), but my friend (who is letterpressing our invitations!) made it from a rough sketch I did. You could also get out a ruler and make one freehand. :)

I am including maps in my welcome bags and many of my family members are familiar with Disney. We probably go twice a month and find that some areas are difficult to navigate. We just don't want anyone to be late so we aren't taking chances!

OK, this is what I came up with.

It's blurry, but the top part says: "Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is an Epcot hotel. To get there, take the Epcot exit off I-4 and follow the signs to the Yacht Club Resort." Then there's a map, which I'll highlight to mark I-4 and the YC. At the bottom of the map, I managed to drop in the address (in case they want to mapquest on their own) and the phone number (in case they want to call and get directions on their own).

What does everyone think? Any ideas on improvements? Thanks!

I think it looks great! Good idea including the address and phone number! I think you should worry no more!

That wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! Thanks for everyone's input!
