I was browsing the web and saw that Wilton has invitations that you can DIY for free. Since I am doing a VR I was wondering what ya'll thought of my wording?

It is with joy that we,
Tami Loretta Grimes
and
Kenneth Wade Grimes
invite you to share
in the celebration of love
as we re-exchange our marriage vows
on Saturday, the eighth of September
Two thousand and twelve
at three o'clock in the afternoon
Temple Sinai
San Francisco, California
Reception immediately following.
In lieu of gifts the couple ask that you bring a lovely picture or story to share.
If you still wish to you may make a donation to one of the following organizations:
Tarrant County Democratic Woman's Club
Women's Center of Tarrant County
LKS society

Then should I include an envelope and stamp so they could mail the donation if they choose?
P.S. This is not where we are getting married.

Could you possibly re-word re-exchange? One of the definitions of reexchange is to reverse a previous exchange, and I don't think that's what you want to do with your VR!

And me personally, I don't like when people add comments about what to give or not give on a formal invite. Perhaps you can add this second part on just an extra insert?

I love the "reaffirm"!

I think it is acceptable to write no gifts for vow renewals, but i'm not positive about requesting donations.

Oh and I forgot to mention that you can make FREE invitations from vistaprint.com

They have 10 free invitations, or you can make your own with the oversized postcards (50). They are FREE but you have to pay shipping.

Vistaprint are great - AND, if you need a fair few of something, as long as you pay the postage every time, you can order something like 10 lots of each freebie.
For me in UK, that means that I can get 100 invites for about £29, which is not bad. (£2.90 postage for each 10 cards)
I have hand made my wedding ones, but do make a lot of note cards and so on!
