Invitation Idea!!!!!!

i was thinking of getting engagement photos done by randy chapman when we go for our planning session in feb. heres what i was thinking, i wanted to get some fun black and whites on the beach with the wedding pavilion in the background and use the pic for our wedding invitations. The exact image i have in my head is me piggie back on my df back ( or something fun like that) with the pavilion in the back and put that on the invite with like a sheer overlay with the pic being on a black background with a hot pink sheer bow at the top( my girls are wearing black and the theme is hot pink and like pink rose petals) what do you guys think of this? Has anyone done this before?

You can look at my planning journal, maybe you can get some ideas? Also there is so much with roses on it. I got pink rose petals at the dollar tree.

We have some distant relatives who just did an invitation like this, and it was beautiful. She did a dark purple background, the vellum overlay, black ink, and purple ribbon. The picture was black and white and the effect was lovely.
