Does anyone have some kind of Database program to keep track of your characters stuff? I was going through all my rooms the other day, trying to figure out how many tikis I had and thought it would be cool to have a database I could list all the stuff in when I get it. Then I wouldn't have to run around to all my rooms counting things. I don't have any idea how to make one though, so I thought maybe someone with computer skill may have done it already.

I'm working on one because I've overloaded myself with transporters!

I did mine in MS Excel. (Threeboysmom will not be surprised). Items are listed down the side. Characters along the top (Mules).
I did not bother to get into What is in what room...

I was going to add that complexity and decided I really didn't want to spend that kind of time on a game.. :teeth: (beyond what I already spend) I may change my mind at some point, but right now I am having too much fun picking on the Zeta girls... ;)

I'm doing mine in MS Access, which I have on my machines. I have it by character, room, sub-category of items (pins, furniture, posters). I'm thinking of breaking pins down further into rares, sets, free (e.g., aslan pin). Furniture by maybe theme (inner space, ned's, emporium, etc.), and then type (chair, table, couch) and mark the rares (once I figure out what is rare, that is!). It gives me something to do while I wait in those (expletive deleted) queues.

One thing that might help you keep track of furniture, without spending too much time dealing with a database, is to simply put all the furniture down in multiple Skull Rock rooms, and then just take a screen shot of each of your storage rooms.

If you name the rooms, you should even be able to find the stuff again someday.

I haven't done this yet, but have been thinking it'd be a quick and easy way to get a quick inventory of furniture (and posters).

I haven't done the screen shot yet, but also thought about it. I do have the items listed in the room decription for each of my store rooms so I know where to go when I need a particular item. The only thing that I cannot find though is one little pirate stool stick. Those things get lost easy!

I use Excel, I have a sheet for pins, one for clothes, and one for furniture, where it was for sale and how much it costs. Then I have a sheet for my trading mule, and then another for my "hoarding" mule

Yes. I've done the same. I haven't bothered with what rooms items are in, but I do have listed what stores items were available in. Also I have if they are quest items, available thru online games or staff games and thru in game mini games. They are also broken down by pins, magic pins, posters, costumes, teleporters, ride pieces, lamps, seats and all other furniture.
I also have highlighted items that are no longer available or are quest only. The ones I have are highlighted in a different color than the ones I don't have.

As for my storage rooms, they are divided by Emporium stuff, Beta and Quests, Holiday, junk (skull rock stuff), narnia lamps and chairs, extra "regular" furniture, ice & snow and ride pieces.
So if there's something I have extra to trade, I pretty much know where to go anyways. And only one of my extra characters have all the extra costumes and "good" pins. Another has all the junk pins that I still need to give away. lol
