Great movie of the Jungle Cruise boarding process.
You've got some very good pictures. What kind of camera did you use?

I am going to try to take video of him loading at all the wheelchair accessible attractions.
The camera is a Sony Cybershot DSC-P200. I have had it for a couple of years, it is what I used to take the video with too. I was upset about the door.

We really love Spectro. I can't believe how we were at the same resort and didn't get to meet. We will be in WDW in June and December and maybe another smaller trip somewhere in there.

Hey it only took me 4 installments to get through travel day and arrival to WDW woohoo. I promise to try not to be so long winded from now on, but ask Bill, it is NOT easy for me.
Ok now for what the plans were:
Sun. Oct. 19th: This is Epcot Ip-Dip day.
Goals - not must dos for this day :
Soarin (hopefully)
Living with the Land
Circle of Life
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons
Spaceship Earth
Imagination with Figment
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Mexico Pavillion Margaritas baybeee!! (I am so glad Amy is of age!!)
We have to be at Biergarten by 4:50pm to check in. We will be looking for other Ip-Dippers.
Sun. Oct. 19th: I will sum this up quickly, nothing on that list got done accept for Spaceship Earth, the Mexican Pavillion, the margarita, and the Biergarten.
I think we got to the park between 11 and noon!! I was annoyed that Amy didn't seem to understand that this was a day that I was very much looking forward too. Getting there that last was not like Bill and I, I was nervous about meeting everyone and my plan was in shambles. We saw that Spaceship Earths line wasnt too long and it became even shorter when the CM told us to go in through the exit because of Bills wheelchair. They have to stop the walkway for us to load Bill so when you are on SE and it stops, 9 times out of 10 it is probably not because of a technical issue, it is because someone with a disability is getting on the ride.
I had Amy ride with Bill, I picked him up, handed him off like on Pirates, but there was a problem. Bills legs dont bend like yours and mine, his feet were at an awkward angle, we ended up sitting him a little sideways so we could fix his feet better. Amy has helped transfer many disabled people but for some reason with Bill on this trip she wasn't as attentive or alert to the fact that his feet were not at a good angle and we needed to slow down. They should have refurbished at least one of the ride vehicles to make the leg room better when they did the renovation, but they didnt GRRR. We enjoyed it and had no idea about the picture situation. It was fun.
Well we did a newbie thing, by this time we were starving. I had gotten a Garden Grocer order the day before, but did any of us eat the apples, bananas etc before leaving the room? Nope, so we headed to the Electric Umbrella. Amy and Bill got a table outside and I grabbed the food, then Amy came in to show me where the table was and to help me, thank you Amy. She kept wanting to try Test Track, I told her I wanted to see the ride vehicle to see how the transfer would be, she thought they could just let us go up to it and see. I said it doesn't work that way in Disney, you have to wait in lines.
I got the salad and a fruit cup for dessert, both were very yummy.
Amy got Grilled Chicken, fries, and a cheesecake:
I fixed Bills food before I thought about it so there are no pictures.
After eating, we looked at the Tip board and there was no way we were going to be able to ride anything before the Biergarten ressie, so we headed to the World Showcase!!
We decided to go to the Mexico Pavilion first, Bill and I always go to the right, so we thought we would shake things up a bit, pitiful arent we?
Here is Amy taking in the Mexican culture:
We looked around the pavilion, saw the great hand carved expensive animals and then went on the Three Caballeros. Now anyone that read my TR from last year might remember I was in a giggling fit through the entire ride last November. They have Bill drive right onto the boat and go to the front then had me sit near him. I am an overweight person (down over 75 lbs this year) so I had this sensation that the ride was tipping to my side. I kept saying things like how is WDW going to explain that I tipped the boat and we drowned in the Three Caballeros then I would start laughing again, nervous, scared laughter. Poor Bill didnt hear or see much of anything, he was trying to figure out why I had lost it. I am happy to report, I didnt have that feeling at all this trip. I was a happy camper.
After we left we saw Donald:
Then I saw someone with a margarita and had to have one (good Lord I need a hair cut, just look at the yummy drink and the background please):
Amy got one too, I think the pic was taken with her camera. Hopefully I will get some of them to post on here.
We headed to Norway, I love the real grass and flowers on the roof:

He actually asked me to take this, can you believe it?
I wanted him to wear the one with the braids but he vetoed that idea.
Bill and I headed to the first aid station to take care of Bill and Amy went to a smoking area. She met us at the first aid station and we decided to walk toward Germany.
We showed up at the Biergarten and I decided to go in to ask them about sitting us next to Buzzs party, I went to stand to the side of some people when I took a second to really look at them. OMG it was Buzz and Linnie (Montana Disney Fan and Linnie the Pooh)!!! I was so excited. I introduced myself, and then we went out to introduce them to Bill and Amy. They are such a fantastic couple, funny, sweet, and very kind.
It wasnt long and Carrie (CarrieAnnie), Steve, Angela(camelotcats), and Davis showed up, along with Scott(ScottNY). Then Jodi and her family. (Sorry in advance for my crappy candid shots)
We sat with Scott, Angela, and Davis. Angela is so funny, I love her wicked sense of humor, she was great to talk to. She apologized to Bill for not being able to really talk to him since he was at the end of the table. Bill and I actually enjoyed the food. People were teasing me about my food choices, salad, fruit, etc. I was a good girl that night. Bill got 3 different desserts and ate all of them.

Great update Tracy! Sounds like a fun day even though you got to Epcot later than you wanted to. Sometimes it is hard to go with the flow isn't it?

Hi Jo!! It was great at the Biergarten. I didn't talk to the waiter much,
I was so excited to finally meet everyone.At least you got to do the best of the best on your list. I won't ask why you got there so late
I needed more margaritas!! This day should have shown me that our trip would NOT go as planned.
Next time if we ever take anyone again, I am showing them the bus system, telling them the park we are going to, the ADR time, and saying either come with us now or meet us there, we will not be waiting around at the resort. I loved the margarita!!

Hi Mary!! It was a fantastic Enchanted/Dis Meet, we are all on the Enchanted board so it was the first big meet for our board. Oh you have to do the Jungle Cruise to see the backside of water

Did you really think I would come all the way from Southern Illinois just to have dinner with these people? They seemed to like us, maybe lol and I loved talking football with Jodi, it was great!! So we decided to stick with them for the night.
We started walking toward the Canadian Pavilion with a pit stop or two on the way. Hmm, why were all the Ip-Dip guys stopped?
Next stop Grey Goose Slushies!!!

Now me, only for you, my friends would I post this ridiculous picture of myself acting utterly stupid:
My fingernails aren't dirty, I have my Mickey stickers on.
We made it to the Canadian Pavilion with some stopping for wine along the way
(Buzz) so we could get a seat for Off Kilter. This was our first time watching them. We grabbed a low wall to the right of the stage behind the benches. Scott was taking pics and some others were too, we were joking about the flashes looking like paparazzi. Bill decided to be silly and pose for us:
Angela got a workout from dancing with Jodis kids it was so fun to watch:

Jodi's girls had glow bracelets and passed them out to us, they made sure to give Bill some. Bill thought it was so sweet how they included him and didn't seem afraid of him. So thank you Megan and Lauren for being so sweet and for the thank you note.
One of my favorite pics of the night:
They always seemed to be smiling. We all seemed to be smiling and happy!!
We got a spot for Illuminations, Buzz and Linnie said they always saw it from France so this would be a different view. Well, it was like a different show to them, there were so many things they hadnt seen from the bridge in France. It was so cute to hear them say I never saw that before over and over again. It was a great time.
Then Illuminations was over and we were all separating. It ended up just being Amy, Bill, Scott, Buzz, Linnie, and me. We talked about their kids, their trip so far, our pets etc. Sorry Buzz and Linnie for talking so much, I guess I didnt want the night to end then. Thank you so much for letting us meet you, we completely enjoyed meeting you and all the other Ip-Dippers!!
Scott was staying at Pop so he walked out with us. Soon we were saying goodnight to Scott too. I am so happy we changed out trip to meet everyone!!
