Hi, I have been reading here for a while. I have certainly learned a lot. We have made an offer on a small BWV contract (paying cash and doing a little at a time) which I am 100% confident we have come to terms on. We are very excited to own our very small piece of the magic. 
My husband is a Disney convert and my children, as young as they are love it.
