Hi everyone! We are driving through Georgia and saw a car with a sticker and was wondering what it meant:
It was a white sticker with a black outline thAt had a number like 2.4 or 4.6 with two letters. Each sticker had a different letter and number on it. There were Mickey Mouse ears on it. There were two that were white and a fourth that we can't remember the color.
