Intra WDW Resort Transportation Grid?

Hi-

I've been looking for a complete transportation grid covering Parks & Resorts. Something describing the best way to get to each park/hotel from a determined location.

Anyone ever seen anything ressembling this?

The closest I have seen is a WDW Transportation Guide/Map.
I have mine from a trip a few years ago. They were about everywhere. I do not know if they are still available or not. I have not seen any. But I have not looked for any either.
That still is not exactly what you are looking for. But the closest I have seen.
