Intimate Weddings - What did your guests do during photos?

I am getting married at Sea Breeze Point

Our ceremony starts at 2:30. I was told it would only take about an hour, all told, for the ceremony and reception.

So that puts us finishing up at 3:30... with a dinner reservation at 5:30 at Citricos.

So, figuring that I want the guests to show up at Citricos at 5:15... and there is about 15 minutes of travel time... that leaves about an hour and a half for our 19 guests to fill up. (Some will be involved w/ pictures, but not that whole time).

What did you do about this??

SBP is on the BW so its a nice place to stroll around or go into one of the restaurants for a drink.

Some guests might want to go back to their room to freshen up

Or ..& Ive recommended this a million times...rent a boat & have them trolly around the lagoon

Hello! Fellow 2:30 pm SBP bride here! I'm figuring since I don't see my family from NJ too often, they might stick around for pictures - just to chat with eachother. As a previous poster mentioned, they might want to freshen up before dinner and/or there are plenty of places within walking distance where they can kill a little bit of time.
Just as a side note, depending on how your guests are getting around (limo, their own cars, etc.) you'll want to allow more than 15 minutes travel time from the BW to the GF. It takes awhile to walk to the front of the BW resort and if they valet or have to walk through the lot to get their cars, then drive to the GF THEN have to park at the GF (which unless you valet, you have to park VERY far ) it could take them awhile. I'd allow at least 30 minutes, just to be safe.
