Intimate weddings - Orlando area

I am sad to report that I just learned the Memories package is only available through April and that is not going to work for us. Escape is out of our budget, and it is just the two of us. Can anyone recommend anything in the area that offers an elopement or intimate package for 2? Close to Disney is desirable! I tried contacting the Swan & Dolphin but really looking for other options!

They're actually keeping the Memories package, but the price goes up to $2,495 as of May 1, 2012. So, it could still be an option!

I think that for 2 people the memories package is a better value than the swan/dolphin. Swan/dolphin starts at just under $1,600 for a basic package but you'd have to add on an officiant, musician, floral, etc. The memories package at least comes with a few things. Now if you wanted to go with closer to 20 people the Swan would save you a small fortune.

Its strange that there is no mention of this still on the Disney website, but its in the latest Passporter download so it must be true

Paradise Cove offers small wedding packages, so does Hyatt Grand Cypress, and Celebration Hotel.

The military hotel, Shades of Green, lets non military people hold events, but only 1 or 2 months out of the year.
