Intimate Wedding w/o Hotel Reservation

I'll be going with my family on vacation to WDW and I already have the hotel reservation to stay at the OKW resort on Nov 29 - Dec 08, but I was thinking of getting married and have an intimate wedding. Since I have the hotel already and the intimate wedding package includes hotel, what can be done in this case. Has anyone had this kind of situation?

Honey don't worry, there is the intimate add-on which is for couples who are already staying 4 nights on property. It's $2350

Yes, you can do the intimate add on package. My sister booked her wedding this way as we own DVC and we booked the rooms for the wedding party as a gift.

The $2350 is the flat rate for the minister, flowers, cake, resort ceremony location, etc..., or I guess what the basic package includes minus the hotel room & park tickets? We are renting DVC points for 4 nights & then have 4 more nights at a mod. resort & are buying our tickets in advance, & will have my DD (14) with us, but want to maybe get married at the beginning of our vacation (we've been together 11 years - it's TIME!). My man has never been to WDW, & he's never joined my DD & me on a vacation - it'll be our 25th time! We were thinking of something simple at home, but WDW would be so much more fun, so can anyone confirm what the intimate add on includes & what the $2350 includes. Thanks so very much!

That is what we did--booked our room separately and just paid for the add-on. The add-on is the same as the regular intimate with the exception of no hotel room and no park tix. You have to prove to Disney that you have a room for at least 4 nights though. It is a little bit more if you want the Wedding Pavillion. Can't beat the price for a small wedding! YOu should go for it, you'll have the time of your life!!!
