Intimate Brides; how did your EM handle your room reservations?

My EM is Maxine, and in order to keep the date she needed my reservation number. Ben and I are booked 7 nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and will be staying at Port Orleans Riverside before the wedding so meeting the 4 night minimum isn't a problem. Well when Maxine asked for the reservation number, I gave her the confirmation number that my travel agent gave me. Apparently she wasn't able to pull our reservation up from the number, she said all reservation numbers start with a 350 or a 351... mine starts with an 8. She said I needed to have the resertvation number to her by this Saturday. I have already e-mailed my agent asking if there is possibly another number attached to our reservation... she said no.

Does anyone know if there is any other way for our EM to pull up a reservation? We have had this deposit held on the room since August.

you should be able to call disney reservations (407-w-disney) & have them search for your reservation by last name, etc.

When i spoke to a SM they told me that i would need to phone Disney after i had made my reservation (as i was booking with someone else) and they would be able to find my reservation on their system and give me their number!
