Intex pool question

I have a 15" X 3" Intex pool. The water is clear and all the tests are great, perfect ph, chlorine is great and the Bromide is fine. But the water smells.
It smells like a lake, kind of musty.
We have had alot of rain lately and the pool was overfilled but I kept the chemicals up and as I said all the testing was perfect.
Anyone have any ideas what to do?

What kind of kit are you testing with? Strips are not as accurate. Buy a 6 way test kit from a pool supply store or Walmart and retest.
You can take a water sample into a pool store. They might be able to help sort out what is happening.

I have the Intex 12 ' x 30". I would add a cup more of chlorine to the water and see if that helps. 1 cup will not hurt anything. But wait a few hours before swimming!
