Hello Everyone!!

I was wondering if anyone knows any interview questions that are specific to the Hospitality or FSFB roles. Thanks!!! :goodvibes

Okay, the hospitality equivalent of the "Space Mountain" question was ...

"What would you do if someone requested a non-smoking room and all you had were smoking rooms?" (by now all the rooms are non-smoking so maybe they won't even ask this ... perhaps it will be about requests).

My answer was something about how first I hoped that I'd be trained on whatever the correct Disney protocol was but the main thing I would do is treat the other person like a human being. Talk to them, listen, understand and do whatever's in my power to help them. If we don't have something available do whatever I can to help them find something comparable - either at my resort or a different one. :thumbsup2

:cheer2: :cheer2: Good luck!!! Just be yourself (well, provided you're nice, thoughtful, caring and sweet. If you're a jerk...DONT be yourself).

They asked my boyfriend:

what would you do if you were working front desk at a resort(they used poly as the example) and a family returned from the parks, soaking wet, and really upset because space mountain shut down while they were in line. what would you do?

Thanks for the replies!! Honestly, I have no idea what I would tell soaking wet guests who were turned away from space mountain! Offer towels, an amenity perhaps?

well, my idea was to try and get some fastpasses for the guests for their next visit into the parks. particularly for space mountain if possible. I know fast-passes are usually pretty easy to come by if you know how to get them. . .so, I would think it's possible. . .idk if that's a good answer though.

for fsfb, i was asked a really broad question, something like what does being in this role mean to you or what do you think the job of a hostess is or something.

thanks for the insight everyone! Since Hospitality will be first on my list, this is very helpful!
