Up and down. Finally got Disney rebooked after one aweful CM and then another one that we had to tell her to call guest services for our reservation. (I know they were busy...I am in Customer Service in the travel industry and we had a wild weekend too...although I can say that I don't live in FL, but I am always nice and try to do my best). But hey we are booked...so great.

Depends on if i work or not. 8:30am if I work early and between 9:30 and 10:00am if i work late.
