it would be chicken fried steak with lots of gravy, french fries with ranch, a salad and some rolls. I can't eat like that any more

Went to my local parade today and tonight we went to see a local Drum Corp perform and home to see the Boston Pops Fireworks on TV.....long day!

Well it's only 1.35pm here & today I've not done too much, mainly rested after being unwell over the weekend
