We are going to church, it's our Pastor's last Sunday before he transfers to another church.

Otherwise our day is pretty open. We are trying to spend VERY little money right now before our trip in 15 days (see below.) We will probably go to the beach and a fireworks show.


What does the 4th of July mean to you?

The 4th of July to me is a celebration for the great country we live in, for the freedom we all share, and for those that gave their lives for that freedom.

It is also a wonderful time to be with my family and friends to celebrate.

What is your favorite firework?

don't know that I have one. Although those pretty white ones that swirl down from the Wishes fireworks are beautiful

Are you planning to bar-b-que on the 4th?

I'm not sure if we'll barbeque or not. I'd like to but it depends on our weather. I KNOW we will be eating watermelon because I love watermelon and it's a must for the 4th of July. I hope I'll be able to find a good one.

We're having our usual ice cream bar.
Everyone brings a topping for the ice cream we supply.
It is always a big hit.
