Has anyone staryed at the Brewster Green Resort or the InnSeason Resort in Cape Cod. We want to stay kind of local (NYC area) this summer and are tyring to select a nice trade near a beach

Hi - I haven't stayed at either; we live on Cape Cod, so I just wanted to mention if you have it narrowed down to both - Brewster Green isn't really near the beach. You'd have to drive (maybe 5-10 minutes) and pay ($10 - $15) to go to the bayside beaches. It's a beautiful resort, lovely area, but frankly I always thought they were retirement homes, not a vacation resort! (We live near Brewster Green and I've driven by the end of the street many times)

If you're really looking for beach, the InnSeason are right on the beach, so you'd probably prefer that - and honestly, if I were going to vacation on the Cape I'd choose to be right on the ocean. That being said, make sure you check tripadvisor for a few reviews, just in case.

There are three. Captain's Quarters, Harbor Walk and Surfside. They are all in Falmouth. Surf Side is the only one with both an indoor and outdoor pool, which is important to us since we've got kids who are real water-rats!! They also have a little beach of their own, which the other two don't.
We are owner's at Pollard Brook, their resort in Lincoln, NH and we love it. We are going for a weekend in June to Surfside to check it out.

I don't know anything about Brewster Green, so I can't comment on it, but we've been happy with the 2 Inn Season's resorts we've stayed at.
