Interval trainer

I just tried out my new pager sized interval trainer from GYMBOSS ($19.95). It was easily heard over my ipod and also has a vibrate feature. I was doing 30/30's.

It is really cool. I'm thinking I'll get one for the Goofy when it gets a little closer.

I've had a Gymboss for a while. I used it to do C25K. It works great!
