Interval Exchange rate question Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina

I have used exchange with DVC points before and know the $95 up front exchange charge but has anyone exchanged and stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and if so is there an extra nightly resort fee charged and how much is it? Thanks so much for your help!
