Interval Exchange Question

We are currently booked to stay at SSR in September through an interval exchange/ guest certificate. I just found out that we may need to change the dates, but I'm curious if there's any way to do that directly through Disney (our reservation is linked into MDE) as to stay at Saratoga or if we'd have to chance our luck and throw it back into interval and then stay OP?

Disney (or rather, DVC) will not change the dates. You will have to deal with II.

I have a curious question....how did you link your Interval reservation through MDE? When I put in the confirmation number I received from Interval, MDE does not recognize it. Thanks for any help one can give me.

When exchanging in via RCI, we had to wait about a week and then call MS (1-800-9800) and tell them we had an inbound RCI exchange. They’d look it up and give us the Disney confirmation number to link to MDE. I expect the process with II is probably the same.

I've done changes thru both and with II like RCI you do need to call MS
