i have to say i disagree. i don't see this becoming a problem like it is in japan. the suicide rate there has been exteremely high for many, many years.

You're right, caitycaity. I didn't state my thoughts thoroughly.

I think that there will be a small copycat segment that will spin off of this, therefore not completely isolating the problem to the Japanese culture. I am not fully aware of the Japanese culture but the article gives a good description of the society and the reasons for the high suicide rate.

The high rates in Japan are unbelievable.
