Internet bookings-can't pay off balance in advance

I was just told by the phone reservation agent at the WDWTC that I can't pay off my Internet reservation (best rate program) prior to arrival. This doesn't seem like it's in Disney's interest. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, something with the accounting dept. I found out after I paid for mine & then they refunded my credit card(saw the credit posted under the My Disney Vacations web site). It never should have been accepted but it was. Now all they have is my deposit.

That is true, this way you will get to make more money on those great interest rates in your savings account, lol. You can only pay in full in advance for packages booked online but never for room only reservations booked online.
