Internet back at last!

After being without internet at home since last Thursday, NTL have finally got round to sending an engineer to fit a new cable modem!

Even then I had to call the broadband technical help line to get the thing working - the engineer didn't pass on the new modem's MAC address so the NTL system was still looking for my old one

All working now though and I've had a free speed upgrade (600 to 750K )

Martyn had our computer apart all day yesterday, hoovering it and all sorts and i was thinking you better not hoover anything up!!

Thankfully after being without it i have it back now

It drove me potty when I was without my Internet for 2 days, I suspect I would have been insufferable if it had been over a week !
