internet access at resorts, parks or off site?

during my stay there will be one or two times when i will need to access the internet. i wont be lugging along my laptop, so i am wondering about places where i can actually sit down at a PC and get online to do a few work/travel related things that need to be done that week.

the tasks i need to accomplish (incase knowing that info matters)
- access employee website to confirm car rental via discount. must be done online.
- check in for return flights the day before we fly back home. we are flying southwest - not one of the carriers that WDW offers their check in service from the resorts. we purchased online tickets. from what i understand i have to check in online 24 hours before my flight is scheduled to leave. (can/should i wait to do this at the airport?)
- at least once during stay i need to check work e-mail (drag!)

could i do these things onsite? if not, is there a place off site where i could take a cab to and use a public PC/internet connection? (do they do this at like kinkos or something?)

There are a couple business centers you can use on Disney property. There is one at the YC/BC, Contemporary and at Coronado Springs. I have used all three, however, I had my own laptop. In the business centers, it was some crazy amount like $5 for 15 minutes with your own laptop. If you use their computers, it costs more - but then you don't have to lug your own computer.

Price is $10 for 15 mins at the business centers. The lobby concierge should be able to print your boarding passes.

If you will be online for a while, the KINKOS is your best bet (and cheapest.) They are about 3 minutes for DTD and open 24 hours.
