Hi, question for anybody who is at WDW now and has entered via IG, is there still a guest relations location at IG where you can purchase park passes and Tables In Wonderland? I have seen some recent photos but I'm not seeing the structures that used to be there where these purchases would take place. Thanks in advance for any information that can be supplied. :flower1:

I believe so. We walked past a temporary structure that appeared to be a ticketing booth on our visit last week. (True, I’m not there “now” but just got home late, late, late last night. :) )

It should still be there. Given that the Skyliner will now be dropping people there, it would make sense to ensure it stays in place! I am hoping so as I need to upgrade my ticket to the Gold AP when I go in 2 weeks!

The IG still has a Guest Relations location.

Thank you everyone! I have to turn in my annual pass vouchers and purchase a new TIW on our next trip and this is where I usually go. It's the most convenient location to BWV.

You may already know this, but if you purchase your TIW card by phone you will get a plastic card similar to a credit card. We booked a last minute cruise in May and planned a couple of days at Vero after. I called about two weeks from departure to inquire about shipping time for TIW and the CM offered to expedite it at no additional charge. Very nice. The plastic card is nice, durable and the CM’s like them too as they continue to be easily “swipe-able” over their lifetime.

Thanks Spartan86, no I didn't know that I could get a plastic card. When does it become active? Upon date of issue or upon first use?

TIW is from date of purchase, so depending upon when & how often you plan on vacationing there, it may more sense to buy once you arrive.

Thanks, yes I called TIW and verified that it is affect from date of purchase. I will call again 1/2/20 to see if it makes sense for me to buy at that time, if they will expedite the mailing of my new TIW card I will buy at that time, if not I will wait until I arrive on 1/19/20. Thanks for all the replies, greatly appreciated. :flower1:
