International Gateway Guest Relations - hours and info?

We're staying at the Boardwalk this trip and plan on going to Epcot our first park morning. We will need to activate our military tickets and get them added to our magic bands. Can someone tell me if there is a Guest Relations booth at the International Gateway? Will they be open prior to park opening (we want to get into the park right at opening and plan to arrive around 8:30am). Thanks!

There are guest relations windows and regular ticket booths at the IG. Either can activate military tickets and add them to MBs. Both should be open by 8am - I've never worked an IG shift myself but people I know are regularly scheduled that early.

Wonder if concierge desk can do this. I know I've added hopper to tickets for example.

It won't be a problem. The International Gateway booths can do anything the front park entrance booth folks can do.
