No kids here but we were so filled up from all the sampling that we didn't feel like having a real meal for dinnertime. But we indulged in everything that sounded good to us, we didn't hold back due to budgeting, so we got full.
We didn't have any indigestion problems. The only thing I just had to throw away was the escargot in walnut pesto. Ugh! (They really are slugs/snails, folks!) The texture just grossed me out. And I really wanted to be sophisticated and enjoy them. Oh well.
If anyone was still hungry, you could always supplement with a counter service place like Tangeriene Cafe or anywhere that interests you. I just don't think we could do justice to a sit down meal after a day of sampling.
Re: credit cards. I didn't see anyone using them (although, apparently some do) and was thinking how that would slow up the process. The lines at the food booths can be a bit long and slow moving as it is. No offense to those who choose to use them but for convience, we will be taking dollar bills. Plus, I can't imagine how many receipts we would have ended up with at the end of the day. $2 here, $3 there, etc.
