Interesting way DVC is looking for members.

This is the first for me.....my mom just told me that she was at a craft show in her town in Long Island and DVC had a booth there soliciting members. I've never heard of DVC setting up shop at a craft show before. For the record, this is around 40 minutes from the Roosevelt Field mall.

Obviously, someone thinks that people who attend craft fairs fit the demographic for people who will buy DVC.

IMHO, not all craft fairs are created equal.

Having a booth at a well established craft fair that attracts 50,000 people in an area that is sympathetic to DVC doesn't seem odd to me.

Having a booth at a small start-up craft fair here in less DVC leaning Alabama...would be bizzare and maybe even pathetic.

The cost for DVC to set up at a craft fair is beyond nominal. That could mean a lot of bang for the buck.
