Interesting Souvenir Ideas

I'm looking to collect something interesting from each park (and possibly various resorts) - as well as Kennedy, Universal, Seaworld and Legoland - when we go back next summer and I'm looking for ideas.

I did vaguely think about pin collecting, but then my nephew came back from a trip this year with different baseballs, and I thought that was a good idea, and might pinch it.

Are there any other ideas I should look out for? (I've bought the drawstring backpacks with the year printed on it the last 3 times I've been, so will be looking out for one of those too).

I always get tote bags - I can't seem to help myself

Photo albums are another one;

popcorn buckets; souvenir mugs (the plastic ones you can buy in the parks - like the resort mugs but with park specific designs on - note: they don't come with refills, but I buy them as a souvenir in any event);

pressed pennies (you can get a pressed penny wallet)

coffee mugs - that's another collection I can't seem to exercise any control
over;

Charms!! I have a charm bracelet and buy loads of charms every year

Epcot: World showcase - get one piece/pack of candy from each country that is specific to that country

Pressed pennies is a good idea and fairly cheap as well - unless you have 3 kids who all want to collect them, of course

We do magnets our fridge is full and they are not too expensive either

I would have to agree with keyrings and mugs or shot glasses. Other half would probably say purses bags and pens

We do the fridge magnets and key rings.
Our favourite thing is our collection of decorative number plates, we have 12

We have a lot of fridge magnets too.

Photo albums, Hoodies seem to come home with a new one every time as I never pack one but always need one for the flight home lol

Shot glasses. They have park and character specific ones and they have them at sea world too. They are not all glasses though, some are ceramic. About $5 each. Personally I'm also a bit addicted to the key rings. I have a shameful number of those...... Getting resort specific gifts is increasingly difficult, not impossible but definitely a challenge as so much is now generic. Finally I collect the Disney charms and they have a better selection there than here in the UK.

Oops and my husband would ask how I could have forgotten to mention. Bags. Hand bags. Tote bags. Back packs. Douney and Bourke Disney bags.

I also have a shameful amount of all of those!

Haha yes, I do love a bag!

When we stayed at AKL for our honeymoon in 2008 they had no resort-specific gifts, but when we went back to visit the gift shop during our stay in 2011 I bought a towel witn the AKL logo on. So I'm hoping to get something from CSR next summer.

Playing cards - small, light, useful and you can always frame a collection of the jokers showing the backs if you want a decorative reminder.

Pins are the main thing I collect each time I come to Orlando, all the different themes, special event pins, characters ect..

Something you can look back on and will each will bring back the memories of your trip.

However I do have a problem with your wording of 'A FEW pressed pennies' there are loads of them there
