Not sure if this has been discussed yet....
Yesterday, I called into DD to see if anything had opened for Le Cellier yet on the date we are wanting it. When the CM entered the date, she said no it wasn't available. And she said that NOTHING else was either. And then asked if I had another reservation for that night. I said yes, I had went with my 2nd choice which was Coral Reef. And she said okay, let me try something else.... She asked for the conformation number for Coral Reef. She entered it in and said that she was going to tell the system she was modifying the reservation. And when she did that, it brought up more TS that were previously not listed -- still no Le Cellier, but other choices if we wanted to change. It is as if the system wouldn't give me any other dining choices since I already had a dinner reserved.
She did the same thing for my F! Package. And was able to find 1 H&V. I didn't want that tho. But when she searched by my resort con #, again it came up with nothing.
So she said from now on, when I call in to give my con # for the TS I am trying to change and search that way instead of searching by my resort con #.
