I found a very good way to use that test. First time I did it, it told me I'm going to die at age 65 (only 12 more years!) of a heart attack. Then, I thought about it a little, pulled my chin back up off the floor, and tried it again. Only this time, I pretended I'd instituted a few changes in my diet, nothing else changed. Only the 15 pounds less I'm trying to lose, eat more fruit, less fast food, and less red meat. Those few small changes? They added 22 years to my life expectancy! Knowing that makes it so much easier to institute those changes.

I retook the test with a healthier died and dropped 35 pounds. It only added 1 year 7 months - so I still not anymore motivated than I was.

Wonder if this means I can cancel the life insurance policy I got last week?

Well, it said 83 and cancer for me, but no one in my family has had cancer, so that's an interesting one for me. I'll die 10 years younger than both my grandmothers, one died of old age (93) and the other will be 94 soon. I thought we were living longer these days? I guess not me!
