Interested in BCV Studio - 7/28 to 8/6

Hi. I'm potentially interested in renting points for a studio at the Beach Club for 9 nights. Check-in July 28, 2006. Check-out August 6, 2006. If I've added up correctly, I believe this requires 198 points. Don't know if there is any availability for those dates, but if so, and if anyone has the points, please let me know.
