Interest Thread - WDW Event Swap

We were there the first weekend too. We were at the park in the evening on Friday and until abou 1:30 on Saturday. I managed to see the parade and the Clone Wars event.

I want to bring a friend of mine with me if I get the chance to go next year.

I was at Star Wars wekeends 1 and 2

Man, we probably all brushed shoulders or stood in the same lines to get pictures! Next time I'll wear a LGMH on my messenger bag with my username. Give a shout out if you see me!

Would y'all just want elements for the Star Wars group or are there activities? I've never been and don't know what happens there other than people wandering around in costumes (that aren't CMs) so y'all will have to fill me in.

I would prefer mini-page kits, but would go with anything. And because there are eight things listed, if two needed to be eliminated, I personally could do without the Jedi Training and the Padawan Challenge because I don't have kids so don't have any photos of those. But I know others do, so maybe instead the Character Encounters and the Star of the Saga can be deleted. Whichever. And just as an FYI, I am going to learn how to do tear bears (because they are sooo cute!), and for the first bear I want to make, I want to make an Ewok! I have the pattern, just need the time. If it comes out good, maybe I will include one as part of this group.

So the swap calendar is filling up with all sorts of swaps I am interested in and my WDW vacation falls right in the thick of it. Sooooo...I am going to have to limit myself.

For the page kits(MNSSHP), what is the max number in a group?

For the elements(MNSSHP), what is the max number in a group and is it one element?

Both groups are 6 members. The Boo to You Parade group is one element per person.

1. 2 photo mats equals one element.
2. Groups will be pre-set.
3. Yes, each person must choose an element and there can't be any duplication within the group.

I'm in Tahoe for a family wedding, and don't know if I will be able to post when the signups actually happens. I want to be in these groups.

In the Flower & Garden group I would like to do a paper piecing (yes, I will be making another topiary character). That's the only element I need to pick, I'll decide on other elements on Monday when I get back.
