My adult daughter purchased an interactive wand (be careful, because the shops also sell non-interactive wands) when we visited last November and we had a total blast with it... BUT, let me tell you that some of the spells are not always easy to accomplish! Like stated by the pp, there usually is a super friendly wizard or witch nearby to lend a helping hand, but it can get a bit frustrating for some of the less patient kiddies (and adults). You have to spot the sensors, and then do the correct movements from the appropriate angles. It's very cleverly done. At one point, my daughter stepped up behind a young boy who was having a particularly difficult time with a spell and very discretely performed it for him. He was overjoyed at his 'success', while his parents were totally relieved to finally move on. I suspect some of the TMs do this as well at times.
