Intensity of 7DMT vs Barnstormer?

What is it about the seat design you find limiting? I've been looking at pictures and trying to visualize!

My son does well with the shared lap bar because he can snuggle right up against me and I can tightly wrap my arm around him. You can do it on SDMT but the split lap bar is harder. It sounds from later posts like the split lap bar may be better for you, so I say give it a shot!

That's reassuring. What do you mean by working against the turns?

The cars are on a pivot mechanism, so they rock back add forth.

If you lean into the turns it will rock back and forth quite a bit , and keep swinging as you straighten out. The larger the persons in the car the more you can rock back and forth.
So just do not lean to hard into the turns and the car will not swing as much.

Honestly , its really what makes this coaster unique, otherwise it would be pretty bland kiddie coaster.

I think it's the least intense kiddie coaster that I've ever been on. I think it's less intense than barnstormer

Really??? SDMT is also longer than Barnstormer. Or did they redo Barnstormer since I went on it in 2012?
