Insurance question

I have a DVC reservation for December that I rented points for directly from an owner. I fully expect this to all be blown over by then, but at this point who knows. I have not gotten insurance, but now am rethinking that. With a direct rental, is there anyone who insures that?

ETA - Does any insurance cover pandemics or do I just need to get cancel for any reason insurance?

from what I’ve read, there aren’t a lot of insurance options in the US for pandemics. So cancel for any reason might be the best bet

It may be too late to add insurance if you booked before this was declared a pandemic.
