Is there a M&G at both parks?

I'm confused.... it seems there is one at each park.... which one has Disney characters? Not star wars....

When we went in April, the M&G in DCA was with Disney Characters (we met with Minnie Mouse and Stitch was going "on deck" so the family in front of us decided to wait for him.

The M&G at DL is in the old Carousel of Progress building (yes, I'm that old) and I believe it was only Kylo Ren.

If you are only looking to do Disney Characters, hit up the spot at DCA.

Go to the Chase Disney site and look up your card perks. We have a credit card and it includes both M&G. I'm not sure what the perks of the Debit card are, but they should be listed on the website.

I haven't done the M&G specifically, but we only have the debit as well, and we've never had an issue with things that say "Disney Visa" on it... So like 2 weeks ago when the MHP tickets went on presale to APs and Disney Visa peeps, they let us buy ours at that presale, no questions asked. I wonder if some of it is just based on what CM you get, like so many other things. I'm thinking we were told the M&G was a perk with our debit card, but, honestly, it's been a few years since we first got it.

The DCA greet is for debit and credit. The DL greet is credit only. They check the card and write down the last 4 digits at both locations. In DCA they keep track of it's debit or credit.

I was able to buy my Halloween party ticket early using my Disney debit too. I suppose I can just ask a CM at the DL M&G before we stand in line but if you can meet Kyli Ren without having a card why bother? Is it a shorter line?

It depends how long the regular line is and what time you go. Either can be longer at any given time. The SW greet is not listed as a perk for the debit card. It explicitly says on the credit card perks that it is for the credit card. Disney confirmed when it was announced that the SW greet in DL is credit card only, not the debit card.

Yes, this is correct. I tried to use my Disney Chase Debit card at the M&G in DL and was turned away for the free picture perk in March 2016. I was still able to do the M& G and take pics or but pics but not offered the free perks. I get the free pic in DCA and have several times. I was also offered to prepurchase MHP tickets along with the Disney Chase Visa members.
