I have always found that I lose at least 5 pounds while we are at WDW. I am sure it is due to the fact that we are walking all day, every day...I never exercise at home, so all the increased activity helps me out. But I know others will say that they gain due to all the fabulous food (Mickey Bars, Zebra Domes, etc.)

How about you?

Depends on the vacation. Sometimes gain, sometimes lose, sometimes stay the same.

I also lose. Although I do exercise a lot at home I'm normally much more of a grazer when it comes to eating. On vacation I don't have ready access to food and am too cheap to spend a lot on snacks. I don't end up adjusting the amount I eat at meals. Also we're just busier doing thing on vacation and I often find myself forgetting to eat. Now if only that would happen all the time I'd be a size 2.

Wow, I must be in the minority here but I tend to gain. I always eat very healthy at home. Those options are not usually available when I'm away. Exercise, whether walking or otherwise, never makes me lose weight. It's very annoying.

I stay the same or lose. I don't tend to change my eating habits on vacation.

I don't know, I won't step on a scale.:worried: Not before vacation, not after vacation, never.

All I know is I'm the same size 9/10 that I was when I started college. And that was about 17 years ago!

I tend to stay the same.

The increased exercise must compensate for the increased food intake ;)

I lose weight, usually 5 lbs. I'm sure it's all the running around I do!!:D

I usually gain. I feel like I'm at WDW & there's all this good food - and I don't want to be home & think "oh no, I didn't get to have _______ this trip, now I have to wait another year!"

The good part is that I don't gain too much, since my kids mooch at least 1/2 of the food I eat!!

I always seem to stay the same or lose. I actually will wind up eating less at WDW than I would if I were at home. Usually because I am out in the warmth more so I have less of an appetite then.

I lose.

I don't want to ride RNR and TOT on a full tummy. I tend to eat less food at WDW. I am a believer in "An ice cream a day keeps the doctor away" so a Mickey bar a day isn't any different from the norm.

I have never gained that I am aware of, and last two visits, I was consciously aware of what I ate, and do know I lost a bit.

Well I know last august I definetely lost 8 lbs. because I went to the dr. after we came back from the world. We ate alot but I think I sweated alot of it out and did so much walking too. The dr. said wow, you lost 8 lbs. I said, yeah see what walking around for a week in disney will do for you. Too bad I cant do that more often.
