Having lived in North Carolina my entire life, my knowledge of unions is pretty limited. I know, of course, about the high (by NC standards) salaries in traditional unionized industries. This thread made me curious about healthcare, though. Is it actually common for union workers to get free healthcare and not pay co-pays?
