A 2 part question

paper or plastic bags, and what do you do with them when you get home?

Plastic. I use them to scoop the kitty litter and to pick up dog poop. Gross, I know.

Paper bags we use as garbage bags. Plastic we ball up and put them in a drawer... I dont know why! LOL

Plastic. I save them and use them later. Lately, I've been filling them with weeds from my yard.

Altho once in awhile I do paper so the cats can play with the paper bag

Always plastic and when we get a bag full we bring them back to the store to be recycled

Since I inspired this, I thought I should answer. I only need paper bags occasionally, when I start running low on them for recycling our newspapers. Otherwise, plastic is fine.

How about you ratsrule?

I prefer paper but I always get plastic because the checkers at the store I go to give you the death glare if you ask for paper. I always give in because I don't want broken eggs or potato chip crumbs or smashed bread.

I use the bags mostly to line my kitchen trash cans. I use others to carry stuff (like my lunch and gym clothes) to work until they are in shreds, then I put them in the recycle bin.

I prefer paper which I use to recycle newspapers and to line a wastebasket in the basement. I use the plastic to line wastecans in the bedrooms and bathrooms and to recycle soda cans.

prefer paper cause they hold more -- a surprise that everything in one paper bag ends up in 6 plastic ones -- however -- the paper ones are on the extinct list in this part of Ill.
