yes, my local stores ( shoprite , and mr z's double all the time ) and sometimes they triple.
Today I saved between my coupons and my shoppers card $40 , the bill came up to $53 , all in things I regularly use.

Yes, 2 of our stores (Giant Eagle and Tops) double up to 99 cents every day. Occasionally Tops will triple, as well.
