...want to spend, eat and drink less this January?
Even though we did much less than usual for the holidays last month (I didn't bake, I made lots of the gifts, etc.), a month of shopping, big meals, parties, good wine, pomegranate martinis, Italian chocolates and getting presents has "cured" me of all that for a while.
I haven't had or wanted any sweets or alcohol since NY Eve, and I haven't purchased anything but groceries...haven't even had the urge to shop. I have avoided the post-Christmas sales like the plague.
I often feel blue in January and usually find it tough to break the holiday overindulging cycle. Not this year.
I'm not gonna fight it...my figure and bank account will be better for it!
