they are doing you a big favor? We live in a SERVICE based economy!

UGH! I am choosing YOU, not the other way around! (And I soooo would have got a new pediatrician if that happened to me)

I need to get a crown on a tooth, and called several different dentists to get information.

I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday. DS gets sick. I call Tuesday morning to change my appointment. Keep in mind I have never been to this dental practice before.

The woman on the phone was very annoyed, and I explained to her that I was very sorry, I am a SAHM, and my son who is 2 is ill and I needed to change my appointment that I had made the day before.

She was insistent that I keep it and "find someone to look after my little one!"

HELLO, this is NOT an emergency appointment from my perspective, and I am hiring YOU! It is MY choice and I am giving 24 hours notice. (I thought DS just had a 24 hour thing when I made the appt)

So, my new appointment (even though she is holding her breath that I am going to make it tomorrow) is next Wednesday. I am getting bad vibes about this practice......they also wouldn't tell me how much it would cost......

SOOOOOO grateful I live in the US, I need my choices!
