Inspired by chellnjr whats your favorite topping on a Hot Dog???

I myself like mustard and sauerkraut. I also have a special way to cook them I boil them in beer or just grill them. There is a place in NJ called Calahans that does them this way Texas style Weiners.

I voted other as I am a plain Jane and only like cheese on my dog but it also has to be grilled and not boiled.
