What do you really want the airline to do?

  • Turn back. Maybe Disney next year.

  • Drop the deceased at the nearest airport and hope for thetrip to continue soon

  • Fly to the original destination.Deadguy headed here anyway.

  • I will fly on the plane with the dead guy if they comp me.

You are on a flight going to your favorite Disney Destination - you have been waiting for this 5 night stay for a year now.

Sadly, in the middle of a 12 hour flight, a customer dies.

What do you really WANT the airline to do?

Land as soon as possible and get the dead person off.

What if it means they have to investigate and you can;t get back on the plane for at least a day? What if the drop off is upsetting to the deceased spouse who wants to go to the final destination? (:lmao: :lmao: -bad choice of words)

I have to admit I would be heavily persuaded by the wishes of the surviving spouse/family.

If there wasn't a strong objection, I would prefer to keep my vacation intact and fly with the dead guy. Heck, stick him next to me. At least he won't be getting up to the bathroom every five minutes or jamming me with elnow while on his lap top.
